		<description><![CDATA[To say that I am surprised by the lack of leadership in Administration would be an understatement. As in previous instances, we&#039;ve seen Administration &quot;rape&quot; the Faculty and Staff of setting more fitting and realisitc parameters for their academic divisions. The &quot;powers that be&quot; know not what it takes to effectively and fiscally run a campus. I&#039;m talking about running a campus responsibly. I suggested years ago, that each Division supplement their departments by applying for grants, which are more readily available on a departmental scale, or provide accounting procedures by division, so we could see where budgetary adjustments/restraints could be made. Administration continues taking from the pot and not replenishing. Find the money, listen to your employees, or forfeit your positions! Time for change.]]></description>
