To say that I am surprised by the lack of leadership in Administration would be an understatement. As in previous instances, we’ve seen Administration “rape” the Faculty and Staff of setting more fitting and realisitc parameters for their academic divisions. The “powers that be” know not what it takes to effectively and fiscally run a campus. I’m talking about running a campus responsibly. I suggested years ago, that each Division supplement their departments by applying for grants, which are more readily available on a departmental scale, or provide accounting procedures by division, so we could see where budgetary adjustments/restraints could be made. Administration continues taking from the pot and not replenishing. Find the money, listen to your employees, or forfeit your positions! Time for change.
